Are your Caregivers bonded and insured?

Yes, all Kind Caregivers are bonded and insured. This includes workers compensation insurance, disability insurance, and general liability insurance. We also conduct background checks, CORI screens, and DMV screening on all caregivers, and all Kind team members must complete our orientation and training.

Do you provide free consultations before we decide on a home care professional?

Yes, our in home consultations are always free, and if we aren't the best option for you we are happy to make referrals to other local services.

Do you provide overnight or 24/7 care?

Yes, we can provide care 24/7, 365 days a year.

Do you provide services to individuals living with disabilities?

Yes, we serve all individuals who can use our assistance and need help living independently.

What is your cancelation policy?

If you are going to cancel a visit, we ask that you call our office directly at least 72 hours before the start of the visit. To be fair to our Caregivers, we do charge for the visit if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Can I request a different Caregiver?

Absolutely. We will simply find a Caregiver who is a better match for you. Matching you with the right Caregiver is very important to us.
